Before treatment:
Elly was very busy in May 2008, so she began suffering from mental stress and to appear sleep disturbed. She felt drowsy at night, but had difficulty with falling asleep. She was easily wakened and had difficultly falling back to sleep again after waking up. She slept less than six hours each night. She needed medication to improve sleep. In January 2009, Lucy suffered from poor appetite, eating less than normal, constipation, lack of vitality, poor exercise tolerance, fatigue after activity, endocrine disorders, menstrual disorders and other symptoms. She went to a local hospital, but didn't receive a clear diagnosis. She only received symptomatic treatment. She didn't present obvious effects after the treatment. Admission PE:
Bp: 120/75mmHg; Hr: 70/min. Temperature: 36.3 degrees. The skin and mucosa was intact, with no yellow stain or petechia. She had cutis laxa. The skin in the facial area had more wrinkle and had obvious brown hyper pigmentation. She showed normal development, normal body type and symmetrical thorax. Through auscultation, the respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no signs of dry or moist rales. The heart sounds were strong; the rhythm was regular, with no murmur in the auscultation valve area. The abdomen was smooth and soft, with no masses. There were sounds when she exercised her bilateral knee joints.

Nervous System Examination:
Elly was alert. Her spirit was good and her speech was fluent. Recent memory was poor. She had difficulty recalling an event which occurred 2 days ago. The calculation ability was almost normal. The examination of cranial nerves was normal. The muscle strength and muscle tone of four limbs were normal. The tendon reflex and abdominal reflexes of the four limbs were normal. The pathological sign was negative. Both sides of the body were able to finish the finger-to-nose test, digit opposition test, rapid rotation test and the heel-knee-shin test in a stable manner. There were no signs of meningeal irritation.

Treatment:
Elly received treatment starting on September 22, 2012. She received stem cell transplants. She received medication to adjust nerves, endocrine, and immune network in vivo.
