Before treatment:
Elizabeth suffered from busy, stress and life for not law in usually in 2007. She started with insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, poor sleep quality, poor spirit in daytime, emotional instability, irritability and moodiness. She didn't visit doctor at that time. Approximately six months later, the above situation was aggravated gradually. She had palpitations and sweating constantly before sleep. She had difficulty with falling asleep. She had dreaminess after falling asleep and often awakened in night. She had dizziness and a headache sometimes. She went to a local hospital and took tranquilizing drug discontinuously. 2 months later, the patient's sleep quality improved and she stopped taking the above medications. 2 months later, her symptoms reappeared and worsened. She had difficulty with falling asleep. She had nightmares in the night and woke up every night. She suffered from sweating and slept 3-5 hours each day. She had poor spirit and fatigue during the daytime. She had dark complexion skin and the skin was rougher than before. She had loose skin and facial wrinkles had increased significantly. She had grey hair and hair loss increased. Focusing attention is not easy for her. She suffered from memory loss, anxiety, palpitation, irritability and headaches. She managed with an effort to cope with daily work. She started with a menstrual disorder and menses became irregular in 2009. The menses was from 15 days to 75 days. The period was unequal, from 5 days to 10 days. The menstrual blood volume was small and the color was diluted. She went to a specialized hospital and received medication for 3 months artificial cycle therapy. She had regular menses during treatment. The menstrual blood volume was more than before. She suffered from menstrual disorder 6 months later after stopping the medication. She visited many hospitals in recent years and tried drug therapy and exercise therapy. Her condition was still not good. She had no menses in the past 3 months. The blood pressure was unstable and sometimes reached 150/90 mmHg. She didn't take medication.

Admission PE:
Bp: 140/90mmHg; Hr: 75/min. The skin and mucosa was intact, with no yellow stain or petechia. The grey hair was more. She had cutis laxa and had more wrinkles in the face. Through auscultation, the respiratory sounds in both lungs were clear, with no signs of dry or moist rales. The heart sounds were low and dull, with no murmur in the auscultation valve area. The abdomen had swelling and was soft. The liver and spleen was not touched. There was no edema in both lower limbs.

Nervous System Examination:
She was alert and had poor spirits. Her speech was clear. The reaction was slow. Her memory was declining. The recent memory had dropped obviously. The calculation ability had declined. The orientation was normal. Both pupils were equal in size and round, the diameter was about 3.0mms. The movement of both eyeballs was flexible and both pupils were sensitive to light stimuli. The forehead wrinkle pattern and nasolabial groove were symmetrical. The teeth were shown without deflection. The uvula was centered in the oral cavity. The neck was soft. The muscle strength of the four limbs was level 5, the muscle tone of the four limbs was normal. The tendon reflex of the four limbs was normal. The abdominal reflexes were not elicited. Bilateral pathological reflex was negative. She had normal deep sensation and shallow sensation. The coordinate movement examination was normal. The meningeal irritation was negative.

Treatment:
Elizabeth received treatment starting on August 22, 2010. Combined 2 types stem cells transplantation and received medication to control stem cells' differentiation and mature. At the same time, mobilize the patient's own reserved stem cells to perform normally. The patient also received some physical stimulation and training to promote cells performing the function. This was combined with comprehensive therapy.

After treatment:
Elizabeth's blood pressure was stable, 130/80mmHg. She can fall asleep normally. There is no palpitation, sweating or swirl. There is no waking in the night. The dreaminess is reduced. She slept 6-8 hours every night. Some grey hair has changed to black. The facial skin is smoother than before. The wrinkles are more reduced than before. She has good spirits in the daytime. She had no dizziness in daytime and her attention is better than before. She has better memory. She can deal with daily work. She has better emotional control and has no annoyance or irritability. 3 months after discharge, Elizabeth has menses again. The menstrual blood volume was slightly low. The period is 5 days. After a 2 month interval, she has menses again and the menstrual blood volume has increased more than before. 6 months later, her menses become gradually became regular. The period and quantity of menses are almost normal.

1-year follow-up, Elizabeth is in stable condition, the blood tests and ultrasound showed no abnormalities.
